Considering today’s work environment which demands for employees with relevant skills and knowledge in performing any given task with efficient and effective manners, Training Need Analysis (TNA) is a crucial part of the performance development process to identify and address competency gaps (behaviour, skills, qualities, and knowledge) within the organization, groups and individual in order to identify and decide whether appropriate trainings need to be conducted or not.

IP conducts this analysis with the intention to identify the gaps and suggest possible trainings to address those gaps. This conduct holds a conviction that TNA will provide a wholistic approach to fill those gaps so as to equip every working personnel with the needed competencies as required by the organizations to bring competitive advantage and outstanding results.
