Salary review is a performance review or assessment cycle to ensure that the salaries of local and international recruited personnel are consistent with the prevailing compensation practices in Timor Leste in order to review and adjust salary policies in accordance to organizational strategic goals.

IP values the rights of the employees to be satisfied and happy with their salaries.

However, It is important that there should be a balance and control over what they get now and throughout their work-contracts.

Considering this, reviewing salary of each employee allows IP to survey, review, and recommend the best adjusted salary range that is adjusted to the company’s policy and strategy equitable to the relevant market.

This will also give an opportunity for the employers to value the well-being of the employees as a way to avoid brain-drainage, absenteeism, to increase employee’s satisfaction and employer’s performance.
